Tracking Information

  • You can find your tracking number in the Order Confirmation email sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • To track your order, visit our courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
  • As the recipient, it is your responsibility to monitor your order's progress and address any requirements requested by customs or the courier.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. This email will include all relevant order and tracking information.


Order Cancellations & Changes

At Root & Relic Apothecary, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, please contact us immediately at rootrelicapothecary@gmail.com.
  • Changes can only be made before the order is processed by our warehouse. Once fulfilled or shipped, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.

Payment Processing

Items in Stock:

  • After placing your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount, but the transaction will only be charged once your order is prepared for shipping.
  • Please allow up to two business days for payment authorization and packaging before your order is shipped.

Backordered Items:

  • If an item is not immediately available, it will be placed on a priority waitlist.
  • You will receive updates, and items will ship as soon as available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Customs & Taxes

  • Prices displayed on our site do not include taxes or duties.
  • Depending on your local customs office, you may be liable for additional import taxes, duties, or related customs fees once your order reaches its final destination.
  • Payment of these charges is your responsibility and is not covered by Root & Relic Apothecary.
